Red wine made from old vine Garnacha according to traditional red winemaking methods. Natural wine (uncertified). No added sulphites. Unfiltered, unfined. Natural development in the bottle means the wine may contain residual sugar and/or sediments. Extremely limited production of 100 bottles. 14.2% ABV. Approximate total acidity: 6.75.
These wines honour local tradition, according to which wines never fully complete fermentation. This results in natural residual sugar. Made for early drinking, the wines sparkle in the glass as the last stages of fermentation play out.
